You can take part in the show as an exhibitor, a visitor or a sponsor.


Minimum booths sizes:

  • Level 01 - 13.2 sq m
  • Riviera 7 - 9 sq m (please note that it is rarely possible to book this booth format as 99% of exhibitors rebook them from one year to the other)
  • Riviera 8 - 9 sqm

Booth rental includes:

  • Standard equipment (grey carpet, grey walls, a table, three chairs, a reception corner and sign with the company name)
  • Registration for 4 members

If you decide to equip your stand by yourself, then Reed Midem organization will not install the standard equipment, but the rental cost will not be reduced.

You need to determine the size of the booth, the level where you want to exhibit and your budget so that Reed Midem can provide you with an individual offer. You must also provide a short description of your company and its activities written in English.


Generally speaking, the earlier you register, the cheapest it will cost you.

Participants’ registration takes approximately 5 working days, but this process takes longer as the show approaches. Make sure to read "Registration form filling rules" to avoid mistakes upon registration and difficulties upon payment or future access to MIPIM online database.
